The product, itself, is exactly as depicted. Perfect brows in seconds. But, it's the customer service that's outstanding. When ordering, the website has pop-ups that are very confusing, and it is easy to make an additional purchase that you don't want. In my case, I mistakenly ordered extra product. Customer service made good and gave me a full refund. I found the people at this website are kind and reputable. I recommend the product, also.

I have been looking at this product for a while. I decided to purchase. There were a lot of additional options that popped up and by accident, I must have clicked on something I was unaware of.
