We understand your frustration and would like to clarify the timeline. This concern was already reviewed, addressed, and fully refunded in April 2025, shortly after it was raised. Any charges related to the VIP membership or expedited shipping were resolved at that time, and no further billing occurred from our end. The comment regarding a response in December refers only to a public reply, not the actual resolution. The issue itself was handled and closed months earlier through the proper support and payment channels.
