I hesitated about an online company, but after reading the comments and researching the therapists I was excited. It is a difficult thing to admit that you are struggling, but was made to feel comfortable and I am getting the much needed help!

Terrible Cutthroat business. My first time scheduling an appointment I accidentally clicked on the wrong date. I canceled within seconds and rescheduled for the right date. Immediately charged $97 cancelation fee. Sent innumerous e-mails explaining that I canceled within seconds of making the wrong appointment. They didn't care. It's all about money.

Making the process simple and consistently keeping taps on me as I have gone through this personal situation. Every appointment had follow up and very appreciative

Everything was great and helpful, but audio connection isn't always consistent. Cuts out.

Great experience so far.

Therapist was great . The constant nagging of app and reminders was a no go. Also the psychiatrist was following a script well they both were.

Thank you for sharing your feedback—we’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with your therapist, though we’re sorry that other aspects of the experience felt frustrating. We understand that repeated reminders and structured questions can sometimes feel impersonal. In many cases, providers are required to ask certain questions as part of a comprehensive clinical assessment to ensure safe, appropriate care and to meet regulatory and insurance requirements. That said, your feedback is important and has been taken into account as we continue working to improve the member experience.
