My psychiatrist and therapist are amazing!

I needed to connect with a psychiatrist fairly quick for medication management and I chose Brightside. The practitioner that I connect with is great - very responsive, and listens to my concerns. Where Brightside falls short is in a couple of areas - random "bills" for services with no explanation of date of service, original charge, and what was processed by insurance. So, you don't know what you're actually paying for and for which date of service. Via email, they ask for regular check ins, and still prompt you to do so even AFTER doing so. Lastly, you're also prompted to schedule appointments by a certain date, but the calendar does not allow you to schedule closer to the recommended date. If these are improved, I think it would also improve patient/user experience.
