Terrible all the way around. Made an appointment with provider for ADHD Med Management. The provider cancelled the appointment less than 2 hours beforehand. Theres a $20 charge if you cancel within the 24 hour range. Rescheduled appt, met with provider who CLEARLY has my info i submitted for the appointment, he still gets on the appointment to tell me he cannot prescribe the meds I'm currently on. Brightside customer support, they’re sorry, they can’t refund the $95 you paid because the provider got on the meeting for 3 minutes. Complete trash! Do not ise them for anything!

I could not schedule an appointment besides same day. Upon appointment time, I received no text, call email. I had to revert to my pcp.

Brightside publishes articles, links, and information on their website stating that they prescribe a medication that I require. After paying and doing the consultation, the doctor I spoke with mentioned that they do not in fact do so. They are completely misleading and publishing deceptive marketing at best or fraud at worst. After bringing this to the attention of support and requesting a refund they denied my refund claim, stating that because I had a consultation, according to their terms I cannot get a refund.

My provider kept canceling at the appointment time and eventually stopped answering. I was charged for the appointment I showed up on time to and my provider didn’t show up. Ive messaged support three times and never received a response. Not sure if this place works for some people but I would honestly find somewhere else like, headway, actually works and you can be seen the same day. Definitely stay away from Brightside it’s a waste of time and money.

I was matched with both a provider and a therapist. On September 21, I messaged my provider with concerns about my prescription. As of October 9, I still have not received a response. My experience with the first therapist I was matched with, Holly Morgan, was even more troubling. During our initial full session, I explained that I was in crisis. She ended the session 20 minutes early and allowed me to schedule a follow-up appointment for more than ten days later. Just two hours before that appointment, she canceled it, citing my “nature/complexity.” I can understand a therapist acknowledging that a client's needs exceed their professional expertise. However, describing a client's “nature” as a reason for canceling an appointment suggests that the problem lies with the client rather than the provider's limitations. I asked her to clarify what she meant by that statement, but she never responded. I find this conduct deeply unprofessional and ethically concerning, particularly given that I had explicitly stated I was in crisis. Since this incident, I have repeatedly requested copies of my medical records and information about the process for filing a formal complaint. As of October 9, I have still received no response from Brightside. The lack of communication, continuity of care, and accountability throughout this experience has been unacceptable. Update 10/19 - despite what is said below, I still have not been contacted by Brightside.

Charged my card 97.00 because I was late for an appointment. After I told them they could not do it I wouldn't suggest this company for anything.

I had trouble logging into the virtual chat and got in about ten minutes late. Apparently the so called "doctor" is only required to wait seven minutes even though the visit was scheduled for thirty minutes. I explained to them what happened and asked for my money back and they refused. I have since moved on to another provider.
