I was surprised that my caregiver told me to go to my PCP for medicine. What am I hear for? What did I pay $180 for?

I really like my therapist and therapy, in the short time we've been together I feel my state of mind has vastly improved.

The psychiatrist I have is amazing! She listens and is genuinely trying to help me. My therapist on the other hand is another story. First appointment, she stood me up. Second appointment, she changed the time without my acknowledgment which resulted in me having to pay the $170 for no show. Unacceptable. I will keep my psychiatrist but will go elsewhere for a therapist.

Stop asking for reviews

My therapist is insightful, empathetic, understanding, but will keep me focused on what it is going to take to get better. Not looking for a complete healing, know that won’t come, but she is helping me navigate daily living, which I was losing my grasp. Thank you Tracy.

Great communication

My psychiatrist gets 5 stars, but the app lost my insurance information twice, and the process to get it fixed was long waiting times for someone to email me with no info or feedback.

Lots of reminders about upcoming appointments. Easy to log in. My therapist is very thoughtful and helpful.
