council was in agreement on skipping medication for 1 day

My experience was a good one. Scheduling was fast and efficient.

The therapist listens well and does a good job

The app is very easy to navigate, and my counselor is wonderful. The things that detract from the score are the difficulties in clarifying that insurance is supposed to fully cover my appointments. We were able to handle my first few appointments, but I just received another invoice stating I have a co-pay, so I believe I will have to call your billing department. again. The only other issue I have is the ability to make more than one appointment at a time. Even just being able to make two appointments would improve the process for me. I do, however, understand the logic behind it not being available.

Counselor is great, I would give 5 stars if prices where more reasonable

Scheduling is a pain...

I just have problems making appointments. It only lets me book the same week and maybe the next week.
