My provider is doing all they can do to help me.

Terrible all the way around. Made an appointment with provider for ADHD Med Management. The provider cancelled the appointment less than 2 hours beforehand. Theres a $20 charge if you cancel within the 24 hour range. Rescheduled appt, met with provider who CLEARLY has my info i submitted for the appointment, he still gets on the appointment to tell me he cannot prescribe the meds I'm currently on. Brightside customer support, they’re sorry, they can’t refund the $95 you paid because the provider got on the meeting for 3 minutes. Complete trash! Do not ise them for anything!

When I text my phycologist about getting new anxiety meds. I have told her twice now and still nothing last time took a month for her to change them. I am really struggling and need help. My son's death 1st year is Oct 24th. I am really struggling need help and not getting it

The gentleman i spoke to was a bit rude and I couldn't understand him well. He got upset when I would talk him i didn't understand or asked him to repeat something

I love Brightside Health’s whole package. This is by far my best experience with mental health care and I continue to keep relying on them for that part of my healthcare. I have an amazing social worker that I jived with right away and we have made so much progress together. I also have a great nurse practioner in psychiatry who wasn’t overwhelmed by my complex medical history and medications and he came up with a great solution for my treatment. Lastly, the educational format on the app - has been very insightful and helpful in my journey. I also love the ease of telehealth, scheduling and chatting with my providers whenever I want to provide them an update or ask a question. Thanks for making taking care of my whole self easier!

I could not schedule an appointment besides same day. Upon appointment time, I received no text, call email. I had to revert to my pcp.

I get along well with my counselor.

Brightside publishes articles, links, and information on their website stating that they prescribe a medication that I require. After paying and doing the consultation, the doctor I spoke with mentioned that they do not in fact do so. They are completely misleading and publishing deceptive marketing at best or fraud at worst. After bringing this to the attention of support and requesting a refund they denied my refund claim, stating that because I had a consultation, according to their terms I cannot get a refund.
