It was easy to schedule and the suggested therapist/psychiatrist were thoughtful. I love both of mine! And they were a perfect fit with me. It's easy to schedule and communicate through the app.

Received timely and appropriate care. Psychiatrist very competent and developed a treatment plan that has been successful.

I had a single telehealth appointment with the therapist I was matched with, which I assumed was an initial consultation. The therapist was slurring his words and either not listening or too incapacitated to do so. It was like speaking with someone in a foreign language. I returned to the site, refilled all my information, and requested a female therapist. I was matched with men. Twice. I contacted customer service about the therapist, waited five days with no response, followed up, and finally received a message saying I could find a new therapist through the portal. The marketing emails, however, kept hitting my inbox. "Schedule your next appointment!" When I tried to cancel my membership online, I was locked out. The password reset email never arrived. I had to call, wait on hold, and cancel by phone — at which point I shared my concerns about the therapist again. Now I've been billed — and so has my insurance — for this "appointment." Billing me for this session is like charging a restaurant customer for a meal made with rotten food. I am requesting a full refund.
