My therapist is AWESOME!

My brain decided to take a detour in life and Brightside has help me and my brain redirected the path I was going down to a more positive and happier place than I was before!! I was also very happy with how quickly they got me in to see a therapist and medication so I could start working on my mental health!

The therapist and psychiatrist are very, informative and thorough. They actually listen to what I have to say and provide information and guidance on medication and treatment methods. They are focused during sessions and helpful in helping me to understand my diagnosis.

I see my therapist once a week and my psych nurse once a quarter. They do great work; very friendly too

Since I started with brightside my anxiety and depression levels have rapidly decreased the counseling process is great and I enjoy having help available at moments notice

Update: I was left without medication management/prescriber in the gap between Medicaid dropping me and buying new insurance. They don't make it clear what they provide/don't provide although I clearly stated I need a temporary person licensed to Rx my meds, 2 of which are sched IV controlled. I paid and got matched before they said no we don't Rx Federally controlled substances so I wasted valuable time and exist scared I'll have a seizure (had 2 before - never just stop your meds!) I'm updating bc at least after complaining they refunded me.

They were very focused on my well-being.\n They truly care. I like the convenience of talking to somebody online. The things I said in the way they handled the situation. It really helped me make good choices. Every step I've taken\nThe advice to have given me has been positive everyday in my life since I started the program. Thank you for everything.
