Easy booking and best prices!
Easy booking and best prices! Ive asked billabook to give me an upgrade on the room If possible and they actually managed to get me a room with a big terrace, Thank you :)

Reservation
Just booked, and the hotel says no reservation exists, Reference no: 1829820 I am unfortunate to say that your reply is not true as the hotel still says that there is no reservation

Terrible experience with this company. In my opinion, this is a total scam

As you noted yourself, you “missed the deadline by a couple of hours.” A partial refund was issued in line with the policy, with only a small processing fee retained. WARNING: DO NOT USE BILLABOOK
WARNING! DO NOT BOOK VIA BILLABOOK!!! It's a scam. They take your money, do not reserve the hotel. If you contact the hotel, they reserve it, but later they cancel the reservation without letting you know.

No flights from Israel because of the…
No flights from Israel because of the war, so my trip was basically impossible. While the airline still hasn’t responded, Billabook already refunded my non‑refundable hotel booking in full. The craziest part is that they actually contacted me before I even reached out and asked if I needed help cancelling because of the situation. Honestly an unbelievable customer experience.

My trip had to be cancelled because of…
My trip had to be cancelled because of the war with Iran and all the flight cancellations. I contacted Billabook about my hotel reservation and they answered very quickly. They managed to speak with the hotel and get a full refund approved for me. Really appreciate the help during this crazy situation!
