I booked my stay at Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel, Makkah through Billabook. Initially, I did not receive the hotel confirmation number, even though my check-in date was approaching. I contacted Billabook, and Mary was very helpful and followed up on my request. After contacting them, I received the hotel confirmation number and the issue was resolved. I appreciate Mary’s support, professionalism, and follow-up. Thank you for your assistance.

Adam was great trying to help me, but having no phone number for customer service it’s terrible. Time response is too long.

I initially wrote a one star review because I booked a hotel and only received their internal booking number and supplier number. Neither of which is accepted by the hotel. The hotel required a hotel booking number, which I did not get until 24 hours later and multiple attempts to reach out. Eventually the team got me the booking number so I’ve updated the review. I’m giving it 4 stars because it was the cheapest option but due to me having to reach out and no fast customer support I think the company has room for improvement. Additionally I lost money because of the short time frame to my stay so I booked another hotel using another platform as a plan b.

Made a booking on Thursday and wanted to confirm the hotel reservation. It took a while for a response but one did come with the relevant information. Thanks to Adam.

I booked a stay today in tulum mexico through billabook. Was an easy straightforward process paid about 2500$ cheaper than most other travel sites, my biggest complaint is that there is no direct phone number to contact to receive information. I have sent about 4 emails asking to confirm that the hotel has received my reservation and it’s been hours still haven’t received response , customer service overall seems very slow

Booked via billabook in one of the luxurious hotel in Qatar with the best price which was really awesome..!!! However, billabook didn’t provide booking reference no. due to which there was delay in check - in at hotel as they said there is no booking under my name. But after an hour they confirmed my booking.. Requesting billabook team to send full booking details so that there is no mess and confusion in the last minutes.

The price was lowest compared to other surch engines

Après avoir cru qu'il s'agissait d'une arnaque vu la confirmation sommaire reçue, après avoir fait bloqué ma carte de crédit car je ne recevais pas de confirmation de ma réservation, je m'attendais en arrivant à l'hôtel qu'on me dise que je n'avais pas de réservation. On m'a gentillement indiqué que m'a réservation avait été faîte par 'Expédia' et que tout était en ordre. Magnifique hôtel à Paris à un excellent prix. Je vous suggère donc d'envoyer une confirmation de réservation sur un papier à entête et non sur une feuille blanche avec une adresse en Israël! Vous ferez ainsi moins peur à vos clients.
