Have booked hotels across 3 different continents and had no issues with our stays, all rooms and meal options were as booked. The rates were significantly better than any other sites I could find, or even the hotels direct, this doesn't apply to all hotels but worth booking when they are more comoetitive. I usually track prices, and have never had to rebook because I found a better rate elsewhere. Reading some of the 1 star ratings, I have had these issues with big brand name booking sites, worth reading their trustpilot score for context - you will be surprised. I always check with the hotel now that they have the booking, any time I don't book direct. I was also able to speak to a human easily via email for any queries I had on the booking, and they were super helpful A few things to consider using billabook. 1. There is usually a free cancellation period, but then a small non refundable charge to cancel. 2. Some bookings tend to be manually confirmed by an agent, rather than an instant booking website system. You get a brief confirmation sheet once confirmed, this can sometimes rake up to 24 hours. Other times it comes through instantly. Worth considering if booking last minute. 3. Refunds are processed the same way and can take a while to come through, 2-3 weeks sometimes. One area that could be improved for sure Being aware of all the above I wouldn't hesitate to use Billabook again, and in fact already have booked a hotel for our next trip through them.

I had an existing booking at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection for 18–22 September 2026, and due to important personal circumstances I needed to request a significant change of dates to 8–12 October 2027. From the very beginning, Mary treated my request with exceptional patience, professionalism, kindness and genuine care. She did not simply send standard replies or pass the matter on. She followed the request, communicated with the supplier, kept me updated, explained the process clearly, answered every question I had, and continued assisting me until the change was successfully approved. What stood out most was the feeling that there was a real person on the other side who genuinely wanted to help. Mary was attentive, reassuring and incredibly responsive throughout a situation that could easily have been stressful and complicated. Changing an international hotel reservation to completely new dates more than a year later is not something I took for granted, and I truly appreciate the effort, time and persistence that went into helping me reach a successful outcome. Mary’s service is exactly what excellent customer service should look like: professional, efficient, patient, warm, reliable and genuinely customer-focused. I got an INCREDIBLE rate at a disneyland hotel. It was so good I was almost skeptical. But Mary at Billabook was able to also provide me a reservation number that I connected in the disneyland app, so I can see my stay officially with Disney. Speedy responses too. Thank you!!

Website was easy to navigate and very detailed. I also asked to accommodate a tough request, which was graciously administered to by the kind team. Offers listed on the website were excellent too
