Booked a hotel booking using BILLABOOK which was fully refundable. Shortly after booking, we found a better deal for the same resort so we initiated a cancellation with billabook. They refunded part of the booking, but shorted the refund around $70. I tried many times to reach out to fix this situation, but to no avail. Had to initiate a charge back with my credit card provider. Buyer beware. This is a shady website. Do not book with them.

At the first, I dont know how to contact them, i book hotel hilton convention mekkah, The hotel said no booking/reservation with my name, and i dont know what to do. But then, they keep responding my email and keep me updated for the reservation, Everything is good, i got the room and no issue so far.. Goo deal anyway, find cheapest price for that room compare to other platform... Please help

Please be alert- and don’t use this website you will loose your money…. We had to cancel our reservation because our flight was cancelled due to the war in Israel. We immediately reached to the hotel who agreed to refund us if we cancel our reservation right away. I sent Billabook the confirmation emails from the hotel saying they agree to refund - but Billabook didn’t refund us or waived the reservation….getting an answer from them is very frustrating and disappointing, Please save your money and be aware! Our cancellation policy was full refund until Aug-5th and we cancelled Aug-6th less than 24hrs after the cancellation time, the hotel told us to cancel right away otherwise I would have tried to reschedule and don’t loose money….

Contacted the hotel (Impressions Isla Mujeres) two days after booking with Billabook and the hotel had no record of the reservation. Billabook supplied me with confirmation codes, but the hotel said none of the supplied codes were valid. Neither my name and booked dates nor the supplied codes could find a booking (the only things Billabook recommended). Billabook eventually stopped responding to support emails. I have now canceled my "reservation" and await a refund - though it appears I will likely have to charge back given the other reviews posted here. EDIT: They are lying below. The hotel did not have any of the numbers they supplied. Per my last email with the hotel: "Unfortunately, we cannot find a booking with the information you gave us. I recommend you contact your agency." Any while their first email was a quick reply - subsequent emails took 24 hours+

We booked to stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Lake Como for our honeymoon and booked Billabook as the price was about 40% cheaper than comparable offerings. We got the gorgeous room we booked and had an amazing time. Will definitely check Billabook for future bookings as our experience was great
