I lost my confirmation email so I emailed them to ask for the information. They emailed back within a couple hours with my confirmation and also checked up on me and made sure I received it. Good customer service.

Price is very good. Confirmation mail was sent 2 days after booking. Booking was confirmed with the hotel and all is legit. They responded my request of resending the confirmation email and got it immediately. Good one!

I applied for a refund on your website, which clearly states that refunds are free and processed within 30 days. However, it has been over 30 days, and I still haven't received any notification or the refund itself. I have sent multiple emails, but there has been no response. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My refund code is 305798, and I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.

I have not stayed at the hotel yet but the booking has gone through (checked with the actual hotel) and Adam from the company has confirmed the booking as well. Much cheaper rate than we could see anywhere else, so all good so far.

What a great service and experience. i made a booking for 3 nights at Dubai, for less than 30% of best offer i could get from other sites. At first, i wasn't sure if Billabook is real but i took the chance. when i arrived to the hotel, all was fine and great. the booking was waited under my name, the price was exactly as described at billabook, and i will check this site from now on for every and any hotel booking. amazing site, great price and service.

I have made a hotel booking at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Houston - Greenway Plaza through Billabook.com. I haven't received any confirmation email and while I called the hotel and asked for my reservation, they were unable to find my booking. When I tried to cancel the booking, it is showing as cancellation failed. Also, no response from reservations billabook.com. I'm getting worried about my reservation and my money.

I booked through them triple deluxe room in Voco Makkah hotel and after I reach to hotel they informed that their contract with the hotel for one type of rooms only which is less in price and quality. complete disappointment and bad feeling against them, not recommended.

I entered wrong email address when booking, so immediately contacted reservations to amend, which was done very well. The 3/5 is due to the time taken to respond which left me sweating on whether I had booked successfully.
