It was my honeymoon and requested a queen bed. Once got to the room they gave us twins beds. They said they don’t pay attention to request through the web. Love the location, we walked everywhere. The indoor pool was cold. Personal were very friendly. Not a 5 star for sure. Not going back

Billabook is an absolute scam. They are fraudsters who refuse to solve problems. It’s been over a month, and despite their empty promises to “contact the provider,” they have done nothing to return our money. My wife booked a fully paid and confirmed stay at the Aquamarina hotel in Cancún, through Billabook. When we arrived, the hotel claimed the reservation wasn’t valid. To access our room, we were forced to pay an additional $325, which the hotel never refunded. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, neither the hotel nor Billabook has taken responsibility. Billabook is the company we chose to book with and the one we paid directly. It’s their obligation to refund us promptly, regardless of any issues with their provider. But instead of standing by their customers, they hide behind excuses. Avoid Billabook at all costs unless you want to risk paying double for your stay and dealing with a company that has zero accountability. Save yourself the stress and book with a legitimate company!

April was so awesome and went above and beyond to help me out. Due to a technical issue, my hotel marked my reservation as being made and cancelled multiple times. Panicking, I reached out to Billabook for help. The hotel was able to resolve the technical error, but in the meantime, April, the agent who was assisting me, reached out to the hotel and meticulously ensured that my reservation was registered. I am so grateful for the help - I’m sure everyone knows how stressful it can be to have your travel plans mixed up. Thanks Billabook for the fantastic experience!
