I booked a room through Billabook for a hotel at a convention I was attending. After booking, I read some of the reviews and became very nervous. I called the hotel and they did have my reservation. I did need to change the type of room that I booked to an accessible room and was able to do that without problem with the hotel directly. A very pleasant surprise was the negotiated parking rate was 2/3 less than the retail rate the hotel typically charged.

I didn’t have a reservation after I booked it 04/03/25 and then showed up at 04/04/25 at 3 to no reservation. Tried emailing and calling to nothing being done. Finally got an email at 320 am the next day. No reservation at 7 at night so I went to another hotel

I booked a hotel Two days ago now, I have called the hotel both days In a row and they have told me that they have no reservation under my name - april messaged me with an email saying you have not finished your booking even though i had and paid for my booking already at this point. I have sent 3 emails to April since (one within 1 minute of her initial email) asking for confirmation and am still yet to receive any sort of confirmation email. It would be great if I could bare MINIMUM get some clarity on what is going on with my booking - af least let me know it hasn't gone through so I can make a different booking and sort my venice trip out. Overall not gr3at customer service, very unprofessional and I can't find a contact number on their website - looks like they have deleted the number since previous reviews...

I booked a room at a reasonable price a few hours ago, but while reading reviews, I saw many saying it’s a scam and that their hotel reservations didn’t exist. This makes me very worried. I emailed Billabook asking for the hotel confirmation number, but I’m not sure if they will send it. My trip is still a little while away, but I must get the confirmation before then.

Everything was great

My husband made a booking through billabook, tried to communicate with them in order to recieve a confirmation, they told us that they are unable to get hold of the hotel. We tried to communicate with the hotel personally, they got back saying no such reservation was made under our name. Now our money is gone, and our travel date is approaching while billabook still ddnt assure us wether a confirmation is made. Now we are left hanging in the middle of nowhere. With such an experience how will i choose to use this service in future or even refer it to others?? Update as of 04 April, Thank you for getting back to us, as per your (billabook) instructions i will follow up with the hotel to see if i am provided with a confirmation number, should we experience further challenges i will make an effort to reach our to billabook team once again and hope for a positive response.

They are deceivers. I booked through Billabook and paid the full amount. I even received the voucher confirmation. However, the hotel did not receive any reservation. I sent emails to Billabook, but got no response. I was forced to pay the hotel again. Stay away from Billabook.
