Have been trying to get in touch with someone as I’ve been nervous after reading reviews. Sent multiple emails and haven’t heard anything. I checked with the hotel and they don’t have my reservation, and have already been charged the full amount. I was hopeful but this has to be a scam.

very smooth with good price

Made a booking for a hotel in Madrid (Spain). Did not receive booking confirmation number by email initially, and the hotel did not have a reservation for me. After a couple of hours, Billabook sent the booking number, and this was confirmed by the hotel. This is unusual because confirmations ought to be received in a matter of minutes not hours mostly if it is a last minute booking. This is the reason why I gave three stars despite offering a reasonably competitive hotel rate.

A scam, they canceled my reservation, didn't let me know and when I went to check into my room at Sliver Legacy they didn't have the booking number in file. Then I contested the charges with Capital One and Billabook fought my dispute. I couldn't prove that I didn't stay at the hotel and I couldn't prove the booking number wasn't valid. So I lost $470. Complete scam. Stay away

Booked trip through Billabook to Sandals Resort in Jamaica. It was expedited quickly efficiently and best of all it was thousands less than any other site we got a quote from. We will definitely use them again.

Made a booking on Thursday and wanted to confirm the hotel reservation. It took a while for a response but one did come with the relevant information. Thanks to Adam.
