I booked a stay today in tulum mexico through billabook. Was an easy straightforward process paid about 2500$ cheaper than most other travel sites, my biggest complaint is that there is no direct phone number to contact to receive information. I have sent about 4 emails asking to confirm that the hotel has received my reservation and it’s been hours still haven’t received response , customer service overall seems very slow

Billabook had the best price to the hotel we ordered. at the beginig I was afraid because i read people that said that is a fake site' but its wasen't true. we came back from the hotel and everything was allright.

Booked via billabook in one of the luxurious hotel in Qatar with the best price which was really awesome..!!! However, billabook didn’t provide booking reference no. due to which there was delay in check - in at hotel as they said there is no booking under my name. But after an hour they confirmed my booking.. Requesting billabook team to send full booking details so that there is no mess and confusion in the last minutes.

“I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, but was given a small double room unsuitable for 4 people. I was also charged £105 per night, whereas the same room was being offered at £60 per night at the time. I request full refund with cancellation because i didn’t want to stay in small room and an explanation as to why this happened.” I emailed you guys 3 times no reply

I used Billabook even after reading some negative reviews. Their price was quite a bit better, so I did it. I got a very fast response with a confirmation. I gave it 48 hours and called the hotel which I recommend everyone do when booking third party, gave them my last name, reservation was confirmed No Problem. The hotel was in Cancun so the local tax is always charged at checkout, $4usd per day, so expected that as well. Good experience with Billabook, would use them again!
