Think twice before purchasing Beis products i purchase a back not even 2 years ago and the zipper is popping open not even having anything on the backpack and nothing with the lifetime warranty work supposedly is wear and tear what they say just recently purchase a carry and now I know warranty if anything happen will not work either. Wow so disappointed with beis.

I ordered a bag that was on sale, and paid for personalization. They ended up charging me full price for the bag, and for the personalization. I reached out about the glitch, and they said its their policy and wont make edits. I would never buy from them again. It feels like a scam when customer service has a screw you approach.

5 stars for both the products and the customer service. I own several BÉIS items — luggage, backpacks, and the Flight Cosmetic Bags — and I’ve consistently been impressed with the quality and thoughtful design. I recently had an issue with a zipper on one of the Flight Cosmetic Bags, and once customer service reviewed it, they were incredibly gracious and immediately sent a replacement set. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. Beautifully designed products backed by outstanding customer service. A loyal customer for sure.

Can’t speak to anyone, customer service hides behind just emails. An order went through without my verification and I didn’t notice until the next day, to cancel order. It was a Saturday and Monday the order was still not fulfilled but still not cancelled. I don’t want to have to pay to return! Ridiculous. Don’t let your information be kept on file. They are a Canadian company too! And their products are not cheap!

Ordered a suitcase for me to move country, it said it would be processed in 1-2 business days then sent out 2-4 and it didn’t get processed until business day 6 so I missed receiving my package and not in the country to collect it. Customer service barely replied or provided any service nor tried to expedite it when I explained my situation and now have to see if a neighbour can return it for me. This company is not reliable at all and customer service was useless.

I actually really like their products. Their non-cloth items are really nice. I’ve bought sets for my whole family. But the big issues is their Customer Service. It’s some of the worst customer service for this size of a company. Everything is automated. Nobody responds to your complaints and they make it really hard to use your rewards. They make it almost impossible so you collect a lot of rewards, but they make it so you can never use them. It’s too bad.

I ordered a large suitcase and a carry on suitcse, not realizing that there are 2 carry on sizes. One is for a weekend trips and the other for longer travels. The small carry on is extremely small and I will never be able to use it. I have sent 2 texts, spoke to customer service trying to exchange it for the larger carry on, even offered to pay the return shipping. I have NEVER USED THE SUITCASE AND I SENT PICTURES TO THE COMPANY and they denied the return because I didn't have the original tag they were looking for. I gave them my order #, the bill was paid by my credit card company and they refused the offer to exchange it. Their customer service is not flexible even though my daughter in law, our same last name, has purchased many sets of luggage for each member of our family and for her parents, spending thousands of dollars. I don't think this is good customer service and I hope others that want to purchase luggage reads my review before they consider buying from BEIS LUGGAGE

Purchased sport pack. Recent redesign, replacing standard buckle release with a hook and loop does not function; the loop is not of significant diameter to move over the j-hook. Twice received arrogant response that design is intentional for a "tight fit". It is not merely a tight fit, it is nonfunctional, period. Company refuses to acknowledge that loop is quite obviously a few millimeters too narrow. Sent photos comparing my pack to website photo; obvious difference in loop size. Reviews on other websites confirm my experience. The only way this pack works is to slide over one's head and tighten/loosen the strap every time its taken on or off. Not how a waist pack should function. Never again with Beis.
