Placed an order for a travel setand 3 hours later contacted them to say I mistakenly ordered a mini weekender as part of the set rather than the regular one (their website is not clear on this disticntion when you purchase a set) - was told it was too late to change and I would have to receive the incorrect item and then pay fees to return and then order the correct item.

Such a shame because I love their cases but I waited to invest in these cases And each time I ordered, the next day or the next week they launch a “50% off selected items” or “30% off” and when the discount is on the exact items you’ve just purchased it leaves a salty taste, I find when brands do this it just highlights their super high markup / shows they have too much stock and undervalue their own products I much prefer to buy from brands that reward loyalty, this experience with Beis has been quite the opposite. - great cases but WAIT for their sales, they will come ….

I am so unhappy with my purchase of the medium carry on bag. The clam shell design makes it impossible to have the bag open on a luggage stand or the floor in a hotel, with one side flat and the other side vertical. And the direction of the interior zippers means that if I try to do this, everything in the top section falls out. This is my bad….i should have done more research. One plus of the bag is that the wheels roll very smoothly. Hate replacing a bag that was more than $200, but I’ve used this bag on two long trips and it is beyond annoying!

I actually really like their products. Their non-cloth items are really nice. I’ve bought sets for my whole family. But the big issues is their Customer Service. It’s some of the worst customer service for this size of a company. Everything is automated. Nobody responds to your complaints and they make it really hard to use your rewards. They make it almost impossible so you collect a lot of rewards, but they make it so you can never use them. It’s too bad.

Bought the carry-on and a few accessories for a business trip. Everything was cute, but craftsmanship is cheap. The telescopic handle of the carry-on broke at the airport and had to be checked. Reached out to customer service. Instead of being eager to fix it, they asked for a video “for product development”. I have no problem sharing proof, just frame it accurately. You know your telescopic handles break, it’s your top complaint. Hopefully customer service is better than the quality.

The products are actually well-made and high quality, the issue is the customer service. I had ordered 2 products from the US store and had to return them, but I never received a refund despite receiving a confirmation email that the items were received in their warehouse. Several weeks later I checked in and was told it was an issue with their payment processor, but I wish I had listened to other negative reviews here about refunds! If I hadn't reached out there is a 0% chance I would have received the refund (which I still haven't). I then started a claim with Paypal and was then informed by Beis customer service that they couldn't process my refund directly because of this open claim and that it could take up to 75 days. I am still waiting for my refund and I placed the initial order almost 2 months ago. I would give 1 star for this experience, but I gave 2 because I actually do like the product I ended up ordering from the European store.

Customer service was painful. I placed an order on December 4. When the package arrived, 2 items were missing. I emailed them right away with a picture of what I received...just for them to continue to hound me for more proof! They wanted images of the packing slip, the tracking number, clearer images of the items, photos of the items opened to prove missing items weren’t stuffed inside of them! We must've went back and forth via email at least 3-4 times before they agreed to ship the replacement items, in the course of 2 day...just for them to email today that the item is OUT OF STOCK! 2 days of going back and forth cost me the item I was originally going to gift.

I purchased the Sport Tote in Atlas Pink. Usually I check Trustpilot on beforehand, and if I would've done that now - I wouldn't have purchased anything based on the low score. However, based on the glamourous appearance of Shay Mitchell (the face of the brand) and their outings on social media, the delivery is a bit disappointing. Besides the cardboard box there's no packaging, which gives a very sloppy first impression. About the color, it's pink but far more grey'ish as it appears on the website. If you expect soft pink, then maybe do not choose for Atlas pink. However, the bag itself seems to have everything it should have. I think the mesh net for a yoga mat / foot ball is very innovative, as well as the compartment that you can unzip to attach the bag to your suitcase. I maybe expected a bit more zipper compartments in the inside, not just elastics. I want to use this bag as my every day work bag (and since I have a toddler, I'll also bring it to the playground). I expect the bag to be strong enough to hold whatever Shay Mitchell demonstrates on TikTok - which in my case would be a laptop, iPad, water bottle and some other things. And for Beís, if you read this: I also emailed you about a UGC proposal and I would have thought an answer, even if it was just a rejection, would have been polite.
