The worst website, I don't recommend it. Their customer service is unreachable. I bought two tires for my car, and after ten days they're asking me to pay the invoice again even though I already paid. My order hasn't been delivered yet, and I've sent them more than seven emails with no response.

Awful customer experience. All I want to do is return the item I bought. No clear link to do so on the website. If you fill out the customer enquiry form an AI bot will tell you the email and order number don’t match. I now have to wait until a human person is able to solve this. Every decent company has a clear and straightforward return process, but Beis has either not cared to do this or they are intentionally making the return process harder.

When I first bought my Beis Weekender bag, I was genuinely excited. It was thoughtfully designed, easy to pack, and perfect for weekend trips. I used it on roughly ten weekends over the course of a year, but then, without any misuse or apparent reason, the bag started splitting at the seams. When I contacted customer service, I was disappointed to find they were unwilling to stand behind the product or offer a meaningful solution. I would have been happy with a repair. For a bag at this price point, I expected much better quality and customer support. If the company isn't willing to back its products, it's hard to justify paying a premium. You're honestly better off buying a similar bag, even a less expensive knockoff on Amazon, for half the price. At least you won't feel like you've overpaid for something that doesn't last or for cheap craftsmanship.

Ordered two items with the free customization option not realizing it would add an additional TEN days before it ships. I reached out asap to ask if they can cancel the customization and just ship the product as these are bday gifts and it’s going to be too late. They said there is nothing they can do and it may take up to 17 days!!! What the hell?? 17 days? You can order a custom item on Amazon and it arrives in 2 days. This is nuts. Horrible customer service. It’s been 12 days and it still hasn’t shipped, I’m pissed. Never buying from them again.

They recently changed the colour of the Atlas pink, and it doesn’t match the old pink which was bought in the same year and they refused to do anything to help me out even though that the product has not been used at all brand new condition. Typical corporation, taking your money and not providing any help I wouldn’t recommend!

Placed an order for a travel setand 3 hours later contacted them to say I mistakenly ordered a mini weekender as part of the set rather than the regular one (their website is not clear on this disticntion when you purchase a set) - was told it was too late to change and I would have to receive the incorrect item and then pay fees to return and then order the correct item.

I purchased this bag for a short weekend trip. The Beis site shows a reel noting the front pocket will hold your phone. I can tell you from a few days of use, this bag DOES NOT hold your phone. It falls out when you lean over or bend down. I have tried now for two weeks with their customer service to get a refund, store credit, or try another but each time they come back with a denial. What they do not understand is that the bag is not damaged (that’s what they came back with the first time) but there is an obvious design defect. So unless you want to put your phone in a zippered pocket and undo it each and every time you want to use your phone, the bag is a huge BUST!!! Customer Service was sadly very disappointing especially over a $50 bag! Below is their last response… ”Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your claim. After careful evaluation by our team, we regret to inform you that the replacement request has been denied. The issue identified is not considered a defect under our warranty guidelines. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Do please let us know if you have any other questions or need further assistance. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this bag and BÉIS’ customer service. After only three months of normal use, the trim on my East to West Tote began peeling and deteriorating in multiple locations. As shown in the photos, this is not limited to a single corner or an isolated area, the protective coating is flaking off along several edges and corners, exposing the material underneath. I use this bag primarily for work and take excellent care of it. It is typically placed on top of a box or other elevated surface, never dragged on the ground or thrown around. Some of the affected areas don’t even come into contact with surfaces during normal use, making it difficult to attribute this damage to ordinary wear and tear. Despite providing clear photos documenting the issue, BÉIS dismissed my claim as “normal wear and tear.” I strongly disagree. A premium-priced bag marketed for travel and everyday use should not experience widespread peeling after only three months of careful use. I expected a product built with durable materials and customer service that stands behind its quality. Unfortunately, neither met my expectations. Based on both the product quality and the company’s response, I cannot recommend BÉIS and will not be purchasing from them again.
