Such a shame because I love their cases but I waited to invest in these cases And each time I ordered, the next day or the next week they launch a “50% off selected items” or “30% off” and when the discount is on the exact items you’ve just purchased it leaves a salty taste, I find when brands do this it just highlights their super high markup / shows they have too much stock and undervalue their own products I much prefer to buy from brands that reward loyalty, this experience with Beis has been quite the opposite. - great cases but WAIT for their sales, they will come ….

There is no HUMAN customer service representative to speak to. I sent an email with my questions and I got an AI generated response - that DID NOT answer my questions.

Beis Buyers Beware I ordered $500 luggage and immediately saw that the shipping address was incorrect I contacted them within 10 minutes to correct the address. I only interacted with a chat bot and digital assistant no real person no contact phone number - the digital assistant confirmed the address was corrected I just received notification the luggage is being sent to the wrong address! There is no real customer support people working there and now my luggage is being sent to the wrong person at the wrong address and the only emails I receive are emails from digital assistants and no remedy! The worst experience ever - I'm leaving for An Alaskan cruise next week and now my luggage is being delivered to someone else at the wrong address - horrible customer care and horrible user experience and no phone number to call! No people to interact with - Never order from them if you have any issues you will not interact with real people. I received 7 emails from a digital assistant . I am contacting American Express to see if they can get me my money back. At least American Express has a phone number and real customer service withe real people! Buyer beware!

Return portal doesn't work, customer service can't create labels. Waitlist will tell you an item is available and 1 second later it's not available. 0/10 never will order from here again. Tried to return a bag within the return window a day after recieving and no one could help me. Return portal won't generate labels, and say there's no UPS near me when there is at least 5. On top of that you will pay $20 in shipping fees if you order and return. $10 for shipping when you order and another $10 when you return.

I am so unhappy with my purchase of the medium carry on bag. The clam shell design makes it impossible to have the bag open on a luggage stand or the floor in a hotel, with one side flat and the other side vertical. And the direction of the interior zippers means that if I try to do this, everything in the top section falls out. This is my bad….i should have done more research. One plus of the bag is that the wheels roll very smoothly. Hate replacing a bag that was more than $200, but I’ve used this bag on two long trips and it is beyond annoying!

Crappy customer service never received the full set and will not reimburse.

The worst service ever. I tried 2 x to purchase luggage using my credit card. Each time BEIS cancelled my order due to their response "to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our platform for our users, all orders are reviewed through an automated fraud scan. As a result, orders that receive an alert during this scan may be automatically cancelled and refunded. Unfortunately, we're unable to predict or override the outcome of this process, and we're not able to reinstate orders or discount codes once it's completed." As a result refunds take 3-7 days to process. I then tried again today using my debit card and once again my order is cancelled AGAIN because their system is NOT fit for purpose and have scanned me as a fraud scan. I am not a fraud scam and there is no way of me proving otherwise. BEIS have made no attempt to call me despite numerous emails asking them to reach out. They do not have a high street store to go into neither. Customer service - Non Existent. Order experience - poor, Communication from BEIS - disgusting. I have now spent over £700 and have to wait 3-7 days for my money to be refunded because their automated system is not fir for purpose and I have been profiled as a scam / fraud. So many poor reviews on BEIS and not a single response to any of their poor reviews. SHAMEFULL!!!
