Worst Customer Service i have ever experienced! We needed to exchange an item we emailed them 7-8 items no responses cant call or talk to anyone. They emailed me that they are sending a label 12/14/21 its been a month no label, Also we wanted to exchange for a mini version and they request more $$ to exchange absolutely ridiculous .

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered a cosmetic case on the 30th August, 2021 to Australia. After non delivery of item I have been contacting them to either replace the item or give me a full refund. Keep fobbing me off with “matter is still ongoing” DO NOT EVER BUY FROM BEIS

Worst Customer Experience! After contacting them now 7 times, with no response regarding a non-delivery of an item to Sydney, Australia - I feel obligated to warn others of this negligence regarding failing to respond to a valued customer. The courier they chose to deliver the item, is not in business anymore, similar to BEIS, they too do not respond to any enquiries. Now trying to obtain a full refund for goods I have not received. To say this is deceitful business practice is an understatement. I will never recommend this company to any of my networks. Shame on you for your shoddy practices.

The bags look beautiful but mine ripped within a few months of light use and was told customer service wouldn't do anything. Far too expensive for the low quality, spend your money elsewhere!

Jeg har bestilt varer hos dem 2 gange. Den første gang sendte transportfirmaet pakken tilbage til afsender, da Beis ikke ville give dem mit telefonnummer. Jeg fik aldrig pakken. Jeg fik pengene tilbage, dog ikke fragten på 25 dollars, så dem har jeg mistet. Så bestilte jeg varene igen Black friday, da der var rabat. I dag en uge senere, får jeg at vide at den ene taske er oversolgt, så jeg får den ikke. De sender mig så en rabatkode, i håb om at jeg vil handle der igen. Jeg venter stadig på at de afsender resten af varene.
