The products are good and I've had no issue with customer service. But if your review is less than 4 stars, it never gets published. I wrote a 3 star review for one of their products and it's never appeared. So just in case anyone is considering the Beis Ultimatre Travel Duffle: Although a great idea, there are flaws. I've got this in camel. The colour is not the best and I'm not a fan of the material. The clam shell style opening is great, but you can't effectively use the two internal pockets, put too much in and there's no flex to be able to do the outside zip up. The zip pulls are solid so you can't attach a lock. Again, the outside pocket, is quite restricted, so you're limited to what you can put in there. It's a great idea, but needs further design improvements.

Bought the Beis Carry on Roller! Had been happy, seemed like a nice bag. But after using it 4 times the extendable handle jammed. Unusable. I contacted the company to see how to access the guarantee and get it fixed…no response. Not happy. They are not inexpensive bags so this seems unfortunate. Based on this experience would not recommend. They are great at advertising, maybe not so great at customer care.

I’ve purchased hard shell luggage from this company that was extremely low quality. With the first use of the luggage, the scale didn’t work. Customer Service told me sometimes it doesn’t work which is a disappointing response for a $300 piece of luggage. In packing for my second travel with the luggage, I noticed that a button inside the luggage popped off making one of the pieces useless. Their customer service told me their quality team said it’s from “wear and tear” and all they could offer me was a 15% refund. All of this for a piece of luggage I used once and is well under a year old. This company overcharges for poor quality and knows it evidenced by the fact that they don’t stand by the quality of their products. If you’re between Beis, Away, or any other reputable travel brand, choose the other brand. UPDATE: I am bumping the rating from 1 to 3 stars as Beis’ customer service did right by me and are replacing the faulty luggage.
