I bought the older version though I had no idea they were making a newer version to fix all the problems I now have. I bought the brand new color Maple in the large weekender. It’s an awful bag to travel with, it’s too stiff to fit under seat & very cumbersome. The strap is so crappy. Never stays short. I emailed them & because I used it which you need to do to see if you like it, it’s not available for refund. I was going to repurchase the newer one. Now it’s just a very expensive gym bag. This company’s customer service is crappy and they do not care about anything but bottom line. Truly the bag is so horrible to deal with it’s truly weird they would promote it as the best knowing they were redoing it while they did promotion and sold it to me. No notice about redoing the bag while I’m purchasing it for over $100. Beware buyers!!

En mi primera compra gasté cientos de dólares más de 800$ y el trato es completamente indiferente . No hay ayuda , no hay información específica , parece que sacaron millones de las cosmetiqueras blue jeans pero de las de Mickey y sus amigos casi nada , horrible empresa .

Not good at disclosing time for delivery. Customer service that promises in writing to update status and then disappears. On this particular order, product was for kid leaving for college. Order was placed 16 days before departure. Then, delayed—which could be my fault because they did not make it clear that “free personalization” would delay things substantially. If there was a disclosure, it was not made clearly apparent. THEN, after changing the shipping address with the rep BEFORE it shipped, they still sent it to my house, not my daughter’s new address. More delay and more cost for me. UPDATE Beis did offer to refund my shipping costs to help reduce the cost of my shipping to my daughter. I appreciate that. And I wanted to note it here to be fair. It does not change my overall opinion.

The wheel snapped off brand new suitcase (used twice)and they have zero repair. Just be aware you can't even pay for it if anything goes wrong, the luggage is garbage. (and I have 3 of them)

Worst experience ever. They are extremely late on deliveries with no customer support. They charge you before they even ship. When you call them, they repeat the same thing and they are not true to their words. Do not purchase from this company.

Buyer beware they state they have lifetime guarantee on luggage but they don't include weekender bag which is luggage. My strap ripped after only using a few times. it was too big to fit under seat so rarely used. they don't stand behind products so choose another company.

Horrible customer service. Will never order or recommend to anyone

I bought the weekender bag and was super excited about it. It turns out the quality is Temu level which was a bit of a shock to be honest. Frankly really disappointed. I felt they scammed me.
