Oh my gosh this company! I bought two items, the bottle sling and the waist pack for a trip. I wasn’t impressed with either item so I started a return. Theupy say they go have free returns but will deduct $10 fee. That is not a free return. My total was &108 and they will only refund $78. That’s with the items tagged and in good condition. They will refund a little more if you do an exchange but honestly why should I. I basically paid $30 to look at these items. What’s freaking scam!

I ordered the weekender and the hanging backpack after seeing many instagram and TikTok content. Our first time using these items was on a trip to Europe from the USA. The strap on the weekender broke on the first leg (going from atl —> Chicago. Not a long flight!) of our trip and then the backpack broke going from Chicago to Amsterdam. You would think that they would at least make it our destination.

Beis customer service is AWFUL!!! They do not honor prices that you show them on their OWN website! Basically called me a liar though they claim they aren't!!! DON'T shop with them!!! Way to expensive not to have excellent customer service! What happened to the customer is always right! There are plenty of other high end luggage companies to choose from. Run (don't walk) to them!!!

I have purchased many beis products (weekender, dop kit, makeup bag, water bottle crossbody, baby bottle bag, pump bag and diaper bag) and have been happy with these products. However, the strap ripped out of the diaper bag after only 7 months of using it lightly (my daughter doesn’t go to daycare so it maybe gets used twice a week). I reached out to customer service and after a long back and forth they ended up saying it had been too long and they couldn’t do anything. This was very disappointing as I have been such a loyal Beis customer. I have read other reviews of similar things happening, hopefully they make their straps more secure on these $150+ diaper bags.

They charge a lot for shipping, but doesn't ship items on time. Customer service is as terrible as what the others say. It takes them too long to respond to urgent concerns, which doesn't make sense. Better buy your bags elsewhere.

For items at the price point they are selling I would expect on-time deliveries and a prompt customer service. This company has neither. Buy your luggage from another company. Beis is a terrible company. I have ordered from Beis twice. The first time my order took four weeks even though they state they ship within 3/5 days. I put it down to a once off issue. I was wrong. I am now waiting four weeks on my second delivery. I contacted customer service multiple times and they finally notified me that they my order had not been 'transmitted' to their warehouse. I am guessing that they are selling inventory online that they don't actually have in stock. They have had to re-process my order so it looks like I am waiting another four weeks minimum until I get my order. That is two months waiting for my order in total.

Horrible customer service. I had a defective suitcase and it took me weeks of emailing customer service and repeating myself (with the same representative, Rogel) to get a replacement processed. The response time is horrid and they seem to retain none of the information you’ve told them- I sent them my new address 4 times and they still almost sent the replacement to my old address. Was a ridiculous experience and I’d never buy from the company again.

Terrible customer service. They state that exchanges cannot be completed temporarily online but customer service will not assist with an exchange. The result is additional handling and shipping charges to the customer. How is that fair? Buyer beware with this company.
