My daughter received the diaper bag as a gift. She loved it……but it only lasted 4 months!! For almost $200 it is very disappointing that it is of such poor quality that it would rip at the seam and at the strap!! I DO NOT recommend! Yes, I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful nor concerned!

Ik ben ontzettend blij met mijn aankoop bij Beis. Ik kocht de Beis beige carry-on suitcase en hij werd erg snel geleverd. Ik heb dus geen problemen ervaren. Wel wil ik mede reizigers waarschuwen om goed te kijken naar de maten, want vandaag werd mijn carry-on koffer geweigerd als handbagage bij RyanAir. Het koffer was te groot en moest toen (tegen betaling) last minute ingecheckt worden in het ruim. Fijn koffer, prachtig design, maar dus de foute maten voor echte carry-on (in ieder geval bij RyanAir). Kijk dis goed naar de maten.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering… Overpriced Primark quality. I ordered the Mini Work tote and the chemical smell coming out of the package was shocking. I needed to put the tote on the balcony for a couple of days to get rid of the smell. The only thing you pay for is the convenient design for travelling. The customer service is miserable and I have been waiting for a refund for almost 3 weeks. Beis and it’s ambassadors should really be embarrassed selling this quality for that price. Never again and warning friends

Complaint is with Béis Europe. Bought a bag from them but need to return it as it is way to large. Their customer service is absolutely crap. After multiple emails still no reply to get a return label to send it back.

I purchased this bag, paid to rush ship it, and noticed it had not been sent out (I was purchasing for a trip). I emailed customer service who has a notice up saying due to covid it may take 5 days for a response — seriously? 5 days? We're not in lockdown anymore. Someone did finally get back to me and said she would check on it. In the interim, I get an order cancellation notice. Then customer service comes back and says my bag has shipped (yay). Then they come back again and say nevermind, it's actually out of stock. So they are faking inventory on their site to get the sales, and then when people pay for express shipping (which they don't refund), they just cancel your order. This was the worst experience from a company. They are disorganized, have no idea what's going on. Shame on the marketing team and execs for deciding it's okay to fake inventory. Not customer service's fault, but the laughable 15% off coupon for next time they tried to compensate me with was a joke. Then it turns out the tracking she sent me, was for the first part of my order I had already received. THey have no idea what they are doing. Not worth dealing with these people.

Bought through a US website, to get a mini work tote in the EU. Very practical and sober design, just what I needed ! But I was wondering why it wasn't sold on EU ground ; turns out the bag stays in shape only a year : now the simili-leather is flaking, joints on the handle are flaking as well, stiches are starting to break... and these are all supposed to be guaranteed 2 yrs according to EU laws. So I guess that's why we don't have them in EU in the first place. Don't buy if you want something that lasts. It's a shame since, again, the design is veeeeeery on spot.

Crappy customer service. Diaper bag broke and they will not replace; they said 90 day warranty was up! They did offer a "goodwill" discount of 15% to which I replied why in the world would I want to order another bag from you when you don't even stand behind your product and the bag I bought! Please, please do not purchase this product as even they do not believe in what they are selling to customers!!!!!!

After months of searching, I decided to purchase the mini weekender directly from Beis and 29” luggage directly from Nordstrom both in gray. Neither bag made it past the first leg of the trip. The mini weekender literally fell apart in the back - literally outside the airport - because the stitching was so poor, the back piece just pulled away. And the 29”’s wheel cracked on the first trip. Now I have to buy a new suitcase mid-travel. Whomp whomp. Thank God I was in the US and had not gone overseas with it!! As mentioned in the other reviews, Beis does NOT honor their warranty - even tho they hype it - even if you buy from Nordstroms THEIR reseller. I had been told before purchasing by Nordstrom that Beis does honor the warranty like their other brands - which turned out not to be true. Of course, I learned about the non-warranty coverage AFTER it broke … on the first trip. And trust me, Nordy now knows Beis doesn’t honor the warranty. 🫠 Luckily for me, Nordstrom is a much more honorable company and allowed me to return the defective 29” luggage. Beis did give me my money back on the mini-weekender I purchased from them tho so I give them kudos for that. They also sent me a coupon. Uhmmm … no thank you! Hard pass!! BTW my new Monos took the same trip — flawless.
