This was my first time ordering from BEIS as my daughter wanted their weekender bag for Christmas. Beis charged my credit card and charged delivery as well through Canpar. Weeks after I was charged I still hadn't received the bag. I reached out to both Canpar and Beis- both had no help to offer, in fact, they didn't seem to care- why would they? They had already been paid. Finally I got the bag yesterday- the packaging was completely ripped and looked like it had been through the ringer. I won't return it since their Customer service at Beis is completely useless.

Bad customer service who don't read the email/inquiries - just copy and paste. Do not recommend it. They're robots. Read below.

I AGREE with all negative reviews I have read! Beis customer service is non-existent, BUT the worst is the quality of the bag and it SMELLS LIKE FISH! Basically, it cost me over $30 to check out the weekender bag, which is subpar at best. Vegan leather you say? I say cheap material that smells horrible! Chic you say? I say I can find a bag at a thrift store with better quality and style! The Black Friday sale was a joke and definitely a marketing ploy to suck you in and then spit you out. I had the weekender in my cart at 8:35 and at seconds after 9AM, the bag was "sold out" and they would not honor the price. So, I bought the grey bag and it went on sale the NEXT DAY! I asked for a price adjustment and they basically told me tough sh@@#t! - via text and email. The lack of customer service is INTENTIONAL because they will wait you out and hope you do not want to have to pay for a bag you DO NOT WANT! I personally CAN'T WAIT TO GET THIS STINKY BAG out of my house! I have corresponded via text and email and contacted their "PR" department. We'll see...

Don't buy! It's not worth the hassle. Buy one on Amazon. The convertible sucks. It does not stay together and tvustomer service sends you in circles, to a website that takes you to the same page every time and then makes you jump through all these hoops for weeks just to tell you that if you don't have tags, they won't accept it back. Even though it hasn't been used because it doesn't work. Now I stick with a bag I hate and they dont care cause they already got my money. So not worth the hassle or trouble.

They shipped my GIFT order to my billing address and not to the shipping address on the order. I now must drive 6 hours round trip to get the bags delivered in time for Xmas. They also waited so long to ship that my options are limited.

I placed an order during the Black Friday sale on the FIRST day of the sale and very early. It still took almost 2 whole weeks to ship out my order. I expected that because I placed it early, it would be fulfilled early but that was not the case. When I finally got the order an Item was missing. They don't respond to emails or DMs but I was able to reach them via chat. They told me they would "investigate" as the item was lost or stolen and it could take up to 2 weeks to find out what happened. I explained to them that my package came intact and the item was missing from the packing slip. After persisting, they said they would reach out to their warehouse. 2 hours later I get an answer saying the item was out of stock when my order was fulfilled. Not only did they happily charge me and not bother notifying me that the item was out of stock until I asked, but they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to proceed with a refund, well duh they didn't give me any alternative options and said they couldn't send the item. They also were planning to spend 2 weeks "investigating" the matter. A good company would have probably offered to send me the missing item or a refund upfront without the BS about "investigating". It seems like a big waste of time over what was literally a makeup bag. BEIS Travel has by far the worst customer service and order fulfillment/e-commerce practices I've seen. Why would an item not be in stock for fulfillment when it was in stock at the time of my order? The quantities on the website do not reflect actual stock, and they seem to oversell products. It was a 4-day sale, I ordered on the first day 3 hours after the sale started and it still took a long time to ship out my order. They don't have enough respect for their customers to notify them of delays or issues with stock. They charge you and make it difficult to contact them if there are any issues. AVOID this company, there are plenty of companies that have respect for their customers and prioritize the customer experience. Beis' priority seems to be profit and having a cute social media presence. For a celebrity-owned brand as well, I expect so much better as this reflects poorly on Shay herself.

Terrible first experience, absolutely not helpful considering stomper service. I ordered the item on Sunday and early Monday morning I realized I ordered the wrong item (Weekend traveler instead of mini convertible weekend traveler) and Emailed right away (BTW no contact phone available to reach the customer service) I put Cancel word on subject. Received reply in 30 minutes and was told they try to stop my order but no guarantee!!!! How come? They shipped it right away? I realized, all they care sell excessive items rather satisfy customer by selling them what they really want. I ordered this for my daughter’s BD, now I am stuck and have to spend time and money again to get something else for sure not from this terrible vendor!!! So disappointed 😔

I placed an order during the Black Friday 25% off deal. Somehow, it only took off 20%. I contacted customer service and they will not do anything. I did not add a promo. I have no idea how it would do that. It's really sad that customer service is so terrible lately.
