TERRIBLE delivery to the UK and below average customer service... I paid a hefty fee to get 2 day delivery - that was 5 days ago and still nothing. When I emailed them all they advised was that they appreciate my patience and aim to have it delivered as soon as possible. I am going overseas tomorrow and it looks like it will be without my travel bags - not good enough.

Wish I had read all the reviews here before ordering. My package says delivered but it was never delivered to me. They are refusing to refund or send a replacement. They don't ship the order with a signature required even for expensive orders. I have had to file a police report on the lost order to try and move the process forward. Overall really bad customer service. Would never order again or recommend the brand to anyone else.

I purchased the beige weekender. When the bag arrived it was darker than pictured - it actually looked dirty. Customer service was non-existent. They sent the same email 2X and did not stand by their product. Do not order from this company!

Cheap. DO NOT WASTE YOYR MONEY. I optimistically purchased the carry on-- it ripped and the packing cubes--the zippers broke. And this of happened this on the first leg of the trip. A complete waste of not just money but now I have to sort out options on the road.

I took my 26" Check-in Roller Suitcase on its first flight a few weeks ago and the zipper broke on the first leg of the trip. Despite Beis offering an express warranty on their website and advertising the warranty in the listing on their website as an incentive to purchasing, AND a broken zipper being a covered item under that warranty, Beis refuses to honor their warranty and repair or replace the suitcase which is less than a year old. There is no customer service number and getting responses from their only avenue for customer service (email) is few and far between.

I tried to exchange a gift for another item and was subjected to a 90+ day customer service loop. For those who don't know, after 90-days, they don't accept items back, so they effectively forced me to keep my unwanted item. I will be donating this bag, I never want to see it again, and I will never recommend this company.

Avoid at all cost. One of the worst customer service I have ever had. They sent my delivery to the wrong address in a whole other state. Now they refuse to either send another one or refund me. Get a bag from another company and avoir the headache.
