This company may have semi decent products, but not worth the aggrivation with ciustomer service. If you have ANY problems or need help, customer service doesnt respond for days and will do nothing. Read all the many negative reviews. Terrible company. Do not buy from them.

The customer service response time is terrible. Then when you finally get a response to get something corrected, it’s not done!! How can this luggage ge so popular with all the negative reviews!! I’m done! So much better products!

I bought my daughter the “On The Go Go Essentials” bag as a gift. It arrived with the slot for the makeup mirror separated. I figured it would be no big deal getting an exchange. When I contacted Customer Service with pictures, they replied that on review of the pictures they had determined the bag had been used. WTH? Yes, they seriously called me a liar! I asked them what exactly showed them it had been used because it had not. Never heard back about that. What a shock. It was brand new and showed no signs of being used. I think they offered me a 15% discount off my next purchase. Open any website and they offer a 15% discount, so no thanks. The nerve was breathtaking. Seriously, this little makeup bag cost close to $97 with shipping ($24) and taxes. This, my third purchase from them, is my last. Never again. I also posted a negative review and it never showed up on their website. What started out as an inconvenience and a disappointment turned into a shockingly negative experience.

I wrote a slightly negative review for one of their products on their website and it never showed up on their webpage. Makes me wonder how many other negative reviews were never shown and not trust their business ethics.

I recently ordered a bag on their website and it turned out to be too uncomfortable due to the size, I began the exchange, and immediately realized a trouble I was about to face. The problem occurred when returning, since not only the original shipment was paid by me, the return costs became the same price since the sender (fedex) refused to return the bag without a box. Their original packaging was all dirty and torn, (an oversized poly bag), they are not even ashamed to withhold money for shipping from the buyer and, are also forcing a costumer to pay for the packaging, and after I had contacted them, they told me that they had nothing to do with this. I would not recommend their products to anyone.

I got the weekender bag. Its cute but it literally only fits my 13 inch laptop. Nothing else. I can't fit a pencil case, water bottle, textbooks, not even my laptop charger can fit in the bag comfortably. When the bag is in backpack style, its sooo hard to put on and take off because the straps are so loose. The inside of the bag is already tearing where my laptop goes and I've had the bag for 2 months. Dont recommend.

Shipped me an item I didn't order. Refunded me the cost, not shipping. I bought as gift for one of my daughters. I will never deal with this incompetent outfit again. Spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

To be honest, I had little hope for this suitcase. I thought it was all a fad and the latest influencer trend, but buying this bag made me happy. What made me love it was how practical and well-organized it was. https :// hiswordmybeauty.com/
