I've seen nothing but positive review videos on social media. Trustpilot is for some reason filled with unhappy US customers. Shipping to Europe is SO fast (next day shipping excl. Sunday, arrives within 3 days), quality is great and love the practical design of each bag. example: I ordered on a Saturday night, it was shipped on Monday and arrived Tuesday morning. Only thing I'm annoyed about is that my Honey extension didn't find a coupon :)

I ordered the Weekender which arrived in just 1 day. It was cute but definitely expensive for the product. I was charged $121.16, which included a shipping fee and Clark County taxes which ran up the bill considerably. I would have accepted that; however, the bag smelled so badly of rotten fish. I could not keep it in the house and had to hang it in the garage. The customer service rep very promptly sent me a return label to send it back for a refund, which I appreciated. However, I lost $24.95 in the deal as they do not refund the shipping or tax (which they won't be paying as it is in Nevada) and then charged additionally. My refund was $96.21. I feel so scammed to be honest.

I ordered the two piece luggage bundle for my daughter for Christmas. With this purchase was promised a free gift (black backpack) which I never received. I did receive the luggage (mediocre quality at best. Seriously you can get better quality at a Marshall’s or TJ Maxx) and informed Beis via email that I didn’t receive free gift. They basically robotically said “sorry but we can’t send the free gift separately”. After several subsequent back and forth emails they are still refusing. These two pieces I purchased cost just under $500.00! Save your money. Again mediocre quality for the money and absolutely horrible customer service. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and urge all on here to do the same.

Complete scam. They are poorly managed and are not equipped to meet the demands of their aggressive social media campaign. I ordered the weekender the third week of November. It was supposed to be shipped by Dec 9. Then I received an email saying it wouldn’t be shipped until Dec 30. Now they don’t know when it will be shipped and blame it on COVID restrictions. They can’t fulfil orders yet they continue to aggressively pursue new orders Complete scam. Save your money.

AWFUL customer service. DO NOT BUY from this company. Go somewhere else.

I had a bad experience with BEIS unfortunately. Not only did I have one bad experience but I decided to give them another chance since their products are really cute but then ended up being disappointed again. To sum it all up, I never even received any items. First order I placed was a luggage, so I can use to move to another province. I gave it over 2 weeks to be delivered, did not receive it on time. The shipping company had the luggage in their possession for over a week and could not even deliver it with many failed attempts. I was home waiting for it all week. Ended up arriving a few days after I moved. Had to have my friend return it for me and then they deducted $10 for a shipping return fee. It was actually a really hard process to return an item and the shipping. The customer service was awful and did not even address my issues but used a generic reply. My second experience was for Black Friday, I ordered items that were all in stock. Weeks after… I received an email saying the pre ordered items won’t be shipped out until after dec 31… which is over a month of waiting and no product. Also never knew that these items were preorder since they were available on the website when I placed the order. I ended up just cancelling the order and if I decide to purchase items from this brand I will just shop in person at Nordstrom.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND. I purchased their mini work tote as an all-around bag since I travel monthly for work. It should be the perfect bag, but after using it a little less than three months, the seams have started to come apart and the edges of the bag have started shedding off. Ridiculous amount for the bag, and seeing that it will barely last me a year is such a HUGE disappointment. I sent them a message about this bag and their response was it was normal "wear and tear." Seriously? Why market your bag as a "travel" tote when it cannot withstand the travel? Honestly, take your money elsewhere.

Zipper and closing up the bag is difficult. This is not a bag you can use as a carry on. Awkwardly bulky. I've been trying to return this item for 3 weeks now, messaging back and forth with the company. Haha it is now requested of me to send a picture of the tag on the bag?? Not at all impressed with this company. Do not recommend.
