The worst customer service ever!! I purchased a travel bag and was offered a 15% welcome discount, ok that was nice, I shared my purchase with a friend and not even an hour went by where she went online and was offered 40% off, which was not there when I made my purchase. So we emailed the company Beis, which is the only way you can communicate. Long story short they would not honor the new sale price they said “sorry “you used the 15% you can send it back but we’re going to charge you $10 return fee!!! What a joke!!

I ordered the small carryon based on American Airlines and Delta carryon allowances. The bag I ordered was one inch less high and one inch less wide than the allowable carryon. Unfortunately the width was 2” less wide than advertised. Width was advertised as 13”, but is only 11”. I will only be able to use this bag to pack for a one night trip. Extremely upset and disappointed with my purchase. Height is also a bit short.

Garbage - all looks and no substance at all. Founder, Shady Mitchell, is known to lie about a lot of things - including the quality of the products she hawks.

I bought the Weekender by Beis, but wished I had not. The bag did work as a carry on personal item, but it's shape is awkward to carry around and extremely heavy, I am 5' 4" and honestly it was too big for me to deal with and was extremely painful to lug around. Since, it can not be returned (unfortunate). I will use it for road trips, but I'll never drag that thing around an airport again. I would NOT buy it again.

The luggage is heavy and the zippers are very hard to use. Customer service is the worst ever. Don't try to return unless you want to spend time taking photos of the luggage before you box the junk up to return it.

Good until it’s not! I wanted to make an exchange and it’s been two weeks and no indication as to when I’ll received the new item or the refund. The customer service is bad and they keep sending email that are not helpful to your situation. Those are generic email. They don’t seem to look into your request or try to see where the process is at. Of course you can only reach them by email. I’ve a feeling of going round and round without any sense of finding an answer or a solution. Very disappointed!

A scam a company - do not order! I saw the luggage advertised and placed an order for a bag in the UK, thought it would be good quality and a great company due to website reviews / price. However, the item I ordered never arrived! I never received a tracking link or any updates on delivery. When I got in touch with customer service after several weeks, they did not try and resolve it and took many emails for them to look into it. I had to push for a replacement, and no discount for shipping costs etc. When you pay £10 for shipping and £120 for a bag this is terrible service. In addition, the website reviews are fake/monitored by Beis so that no negative reviews are listed. Please save your money and order from a legit company that’s worth the prices they charge.

Customer service is the worst, I haven’t received my package yet, no one will get back to my emails, now I’m stuck with no package and over $300 out. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
