My brand new suitcase had scuff and black marks on it when I unwrapped it out of the box. I contacted the customer service team who responded once and then never again even after months of trying to contact them.

This is a summary of my shopping experience so far with Beis from the UK. I ordered from a UK website and paid in GBP. i only became aware that this was not a UK order when my final screen confirmation showed that my payment included £9.09 in duties. I was charged 20% Vat at £77.17 + £9.09 for duties on my order, which is fine. When my order reached UK customs, the paperwork from Beis said “duties and taxes unpaid”. dHL imports contacted me to pay £95.72, which included £77.16 in VAT, duties of £7.56 and a processing fee of £11. I emailed Beis Customer for help, but received nothing. I wanted to simply “return to sender” but Once the items cleared uK customs, I could not “return to sender” so I paid VAT (77.16 in addition to my 77.17 paid to Beis), duties (7.56 in addition to £9.09 paid to Beis) + £11 processing fee to get the items out of the customs hold. Beis have taken 4 weeks, have been little help and have still not provided me with a tax receipt that I can then use to reclaim my refund from UK or DHL. I just received a note today (nearly 1 month to the day) saying that Beis provided the correct documentation to DHL and have communicated a request to DHL to refund my money, but when I asked for a copy of this documentation to assist with getting the funds back through my contact with DHL imports, I’m once again told “I have to check with the warehouse to see if that’s possible.” I am simple requesting a tax receipt. In a nutshell, I received goods from Beis at a cost of £301.08. On top of that I have paid £27.65 in duties and fees and £154.34 in VAT. That’s 60% in taxes and duties all because Beis did not file the customs paperwork correctly and they have been no help in refunding me the £84.72 extra that I paid to UK customs or the £11 processing fee for their error. I’d give a 0 out of 5 rating if this was possible.

Encountered a strap issue with my Mini Weekender and contacted support with photos. The response was incredibly fast—within an hour. They offered an excellent solution, marking one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Efficient, effective, and highly commendable!

They do not let you post any negative reviews on the Beis website. I purchased a Travel Wallet. Very disappointed. When shipped it was put in a plastic shipping bag with no bubble wrap etc and it came with dents and scratches all over it. Quality of the product is very cheap. I returned it and they charge an extra handling fee of $10 plus they do not refund you all the taxes you paid for the product. I will never purchase from this company again.

I have to say I am very satisfied with my purchase. Was a bit anxious after reading all the overwhelmingly negative comments but I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve placed the order in Europe and everything was as expected. The delivery arrived within committed timelines and I really like the products! I’ve ordered the sport carryall bag and the sport pack - both in black. They seem to be of a good quality and look really nice.

Terrible customer service. Their policy says that customer has 45 days to return or exchange the product. In fact it does not work. Customer service does not react or response the letters, at site not possible to proceed exchange or return. Do not recommend!

I loved the bags sooo much I got the two creamsicle 29 check in bag and the carry on with the beige backpack they are light amazing and stands out 🥰but the creamsicle doop kit and cosmetic pouch set the corners all was peeling off and I tried calling the company and send an email just a week after purchase no one ever replied to my concern.

I ordered the The Front Pocket Carry-On on the 22nd of December and receiver it 7 days later with no issues. A sturdy suitcase, with really useful compartment. Nothing but good feedback here!
