Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with a bracelet that I ordered arriving missing a stone. The response when initially I emailed was almost instant. When Clara took over responding she was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was like emailing with a friend. Everything was resolved very quickly and I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 customer service. Ordered two Christmas ornaments as gifts. I ordered them in November and they barely got here in time. They're beautiful! While I think the quality is great, they could use some help with getting their shipping out in a timely manner.
