BaubleBarReviews of baublebar.com

Expensive, but pretty good quality. Had to unsubscribe after receiving a bracelet, though, because I was getting mailers every single day.

The only reason why I am giving them 4 stars is because although the product was beautiful, it broke quickly. They get 5 stars because of excellent customer service, with caring and professional representatives like Amelia and Clara! Their products are beautiful and are accurately portrayed.

I rcvd a pave date necklace as a gift 4 months ago. It is beautiful! Unfortunately, the chain broke. It is a little too thin. I emailed BaubleBar, and they are replacing it. Their customer service was excellent! I corresponded w Chani, just wonderful. I would give them 5 stars, but it takes too long for custom jewelry.

While the item I purchased didn't work out, Chani in customer service was able to handle everything very quickly and efficiently! I will definitely purchase again because of this experience!

I had a problem with a bracelet. Messaged them and quickly got a solution. Thank you so much Andrea!!! You are amazing!

I had a custom bracelet that unfortunately broke and emailed the customer care team. I really appreciate both Jamie & Tiffany in their responsiveness and assistance. They worked with me on finding a mutually beneficial solution - which was to send a replacement and I truly thank them for a seamless experence.

Love BaubleBar and the representatives. Jamie was great in assisting me with my recent order.

The styles from Baublebar are so cute, trendy and affordable. Ordered my daughter gifts for her birthday and had to return one. Chani handled my return with no problem on the same day I requested it. Thanks for the great service!
