I recently made 2 purchases: the Disney ghost earrings and the Halloween bag strap charms. The bag strap charms would not stay on my belt bag and on one of the earrings, the closure was very loose. I was able to close it, but it unclipped, fell off and I lost it. I contacted Baublebar and Amelia was so helpful! They are refunding me for the bag straps and replacing the earrings. That's the way you treat customers!

Purchased a customized name bead bracelet that I loved! Had my mother’s name on it who has passed away and it became my favorite bracelet. One day I noticed one of the letter beads was broken and I was heartbroken. I had only had the bracelet for one month and tried to be careful with it. I decided to contact them and ask for a replacement letter. I figured I could make the repair myself. The replied promptly and so sweetly. They asked for some photos and the tale of how it might have been broken. After my photos they informed me that a replacement bracelet is in the way! I will now be purchasing many more items from them. Customer service is 100%!

Products seem to be great quality, I received an anklet with a manufacturer defect. I emailed as soon as I opened it. Brittney was quick to respond and the replacement was quickly sent out. 10/10 for my first order/experience with the company!!

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, even with a custom order. When one item arrived they was a slight issue. I sent an email and Chani in customer service responded within one hour. They sent a solution and resolved it all within minutes. Fabulous customer service. Will happily continue to purchase from them in the future!

Bauble bar customer service has exceeded all my expectations! My husband purchased a necklace with my son’s name on it back in May. Unfortunately some of the letters became discolored. I tried to look for replacement letters on Etsy and bauble bar but didn’t have any luck. I reached out to customer service thinking that at the most I’d be able to purchase some new letters. However, I was able to have the entire order replaced! Chani and Andrea were both very responsive and quick to provide help. I am so grateful that they were able to replace my necklace at no charge. Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced!! THANK YOU!
