First, let me start by saying what a beautiful bracelet I have. I was disappointed when I saw that it broke. This was the first time I've purchased from them. I emailed at 4:20 pm PST. The replacement was created and emailed receipt by 4:29!!! If that doesn't show how amazing the customer service was, then I don't know what to tell you. Thank you Tiffany for making this the eaiset thing I've ever had to do. 10 out of 10 Highly recommended!

Excellent product and even better customer service! The items I purchased as a holiday gift for my daughter were stunning & exactly what was shown online. Shipping was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the items were not exactly what she wanted so we returned them. The return process was sooooo easy & hassle/stress free. Now-a-days I feel like customers are made to feel guilty for even trying to ask to return a product but not with BB. Everyone I was in contact with were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I ordered a ring stack for my daughter for Christmas. Within 3 days, stones were falling out and in a week the “gold” faded. Customer service was quick to refund my money, BUT BEWARE when buying. These rings didn’t last one week! That’s ridiculous for a company that claims to sell high quality items.
