I have bought so much from Baublebar. I had once issue and they took care of it right away. It was awesome customer care.

Customer service is top tier.

It is Jan 5th and I gave some bracelets for Christmas. One has already broken 3 x and we were able to fix. And another one is already turned silver. I’ve emailed them 5 days ago and have not gotten a response. The return policy says it can’t be worn and the tags still intact. So basically u can’t wear it at all in order to return it.

Received 6 bracelets and 1 was a little off so I reached out to customer care. Other 5 looked perfect. Brenda was very kinda and helpful even though I couldn’t find all of the order info she needed.

My daughter LOVED the clip on earrings I ordered for her for Christmas but one of them arrived broken. The customer care team was quick to resolve the issue, sending out a new set for my daughter to enjoy. Excellent customer service but one star off for quality of the product arriving broken.

Bad jewelry do not buy from them it tarnishes so quickly I bought a few pieces for Christmas and within the next day it was tarnished and broken! I had an upset kiddo because it broke so quickly.

Customer service is great. Always a pleasant time and issues are quickly resolved.

I had an item that arrived damaged in the mail- Tiffany exceeded all expectations and had a replacement sent to me in less than 30 min of me sending an email. I cannot express how impressed I am with the customer service Baublebar provided. I’m a customer for life!
