BaubleBarReviews of baublebar.com

I ordered an item that said it would be shipped October 16. It did not list this as "estimated" or "expected" it said it would ship from their warehouse on that date. That date has come and gone, and I haven't received any communication regarding the delay. Now that piece, on their website, says it will ship November 9, nearly a month later (if it ends up actually shipping that date). I reached out to Customer Service and was in a back-and-forth convo with an AI agent, that didn't even understand part of my inquiry. Further, when I asked to speak to a human, I received a message that they would reach out, and that hasn't happened. Update: someone did reach out and said they understood my frustration, and the item is delayed. I reiterated my frustration that nothing had been communicated re a delay prior to me reaching out. I will update this review if I end up receiving the necklace.

I ordered a custom XS necklace with my name on it a month ago. I spent $60. I’ve worn it a handful of times and it’s already so tarnished, it’s so disappointing due to the price. I assumed it would at least be water resistant, but it reminds me of typical Target jewelry or something you’d get from shein.

I’m honestly really disappointed with BaubleBar. I bought two bracelets thinking I was getting something a little nicer since the price point is higher, but both of them tarnished within a week. Like… a week. For something that’s not exactly cheap, I expected way better quality. The finish faded quickly and they already look worn out, which is frustrating because I barely even used them. At this point, I’ve had better luck with jewelry from Amazon that costs way less and actually holds up longer. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I ordered 3 pieces. Two necklaces and a bracelet with my name. All of the "gold" finish on all of my 6 letters has worn off. For the prices these pieces especially the bracelet should have lasted longer. High price tag low quality jewelry.

If you order anything customized, do not expect it to be shipped in 5-7 days; expect 2 weeks later, and then expect it to arrive another two weeks after it has been shipped. Super disappointed in the lack of communication in how long items will actually take to arrive if I knew I would’ve never bought this product.

Ordered 8 necklaces and 3 bracelets the first week of December, finally received the last of my order on Dec 29. I missed holiday gifting. The birthstones were incorrect to what i ordered. I ended up having to give a ruby bracelet and a garnet necklace together since that is what as sent and i needed a gift for my niece. The stones were glued in off center and look very cheap. The 14k gold of a birthstone necklace was different than the gold color of the initial necklace. So those can’t be worn together. The bracelet was very small but thankfully i gifted to a teen. I wouldn’t order again. Glad i got sale prices 75% off. The pieces do not look like mid range fashion jewelry like Kendra Scott which is what I thought it would be.

Not impressed at all with the product. lettering is way off and i am tossing my product. Just cheap looking all around. So many better brands out there do not waste your money on this kiddie one. When I approached customer service on lettering they ignored me so no customer service either.

Do NOT order from them! They don't abide by their own shipping dates. They cancel orders within five minutes although they have a 24 hour timeframe to allow edits. They don't have a customer service line, and their Al assistant is useless... or maybe it's the humans on the other end. They say that they respond within 24 hours, but I’ve been emailing for days without a response from anyone besides the one person who told me they were going to cancel my order. Either way, do not waste your money. Only three of my eight custom ornaments will be here in time for Christmas in spite of them telling me that they would ship out by December 11th.
