A recent item arrived damaged, and I received a response within minutes, and had a replacement item shipped within an hour. All aspects of this company and product are amazing!

My bracelet broke within 30 days of purchase and I reached out to customer service. I received an email within the hour and after proof of damage, I was offered a replacement or refund. Devin was very professional and prompt. I would buy from them again.
