Ordered a necklace and a $10 pouch (to avoid s + h charges) Hard to find order #. THEN...Pouch is not available for return (!) and the $80 necklace - which did not work for me - they wanted me to check a box on why I "did not like it". Closest thing i could find was "color was not as appeared". Now they want a PICTURE... idk even how to do that! Why?? I just received it yesterday - its still in original packaging. I will not be doing business with a company that makes it THAT hard to return things! UGH

Waste of Money. Bought a Custom Nameplate Necklace. The font execution was awful. The “i” was molded directly into letter “N,” so the name was missing an “i “ as couldn’t see it. When I reached out to BaubleBar’s customer service to get this manufacturing defect fixed, they dismissed my complaint and said it was "acceptable" under their policy. The name is wrong, and the necklace will go into the trash as not correct name. Bauble Bar is a horrible company that does not stand behind their products.

I purchased a Knotted Evil Eye Cord Bracelet and wore it for only a few hours before leaving it on overnight. When I woke up, the bracelet had transferred PINK DYE all over my wrist AND onto my pillowcase. The stain on my bedding would not come out and my bedding was damaged. There was absolutely NO WARNING in the product description that the bracelet could bleed color or stain skin, clothing, or bedding. Had this been disclosed, I obviously would never have slept with it on or allowed it to come into contact with my bedding. What makes the situation even worse is that I contacted the company directly, explained what happened, and gave them an opportunity to address the issue. I received NO RESPONSE. A product causing damage is bad enough, but ignoring a customer after they report the problem is completely unacceptable customer service. I expected the company to at least acknowledge my complaint and attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, I was left with a bracelet I cannot trust to wear and damaged bedding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or this company. Buyers should be aware that the bracelet I received transferred dye and stained my belongings, despite there being no warning about this in the product description.

I bought a bracelet for a gift and it got delivered late and honestly was poor quality ( cheap ), I asked for my money back and they offer store credit.

I ordered a beaded bracelet and it was tied too tightly and the beads are smushed together. It looks terrible and lays crooked. Contacted customer service and they say it meets their standards so they won’t replace it. I would have to reorder it and pay for shipping again, which is unacceptable. I won’t be supporting this business again.

I ordered and received the Charlotte Pearl Layered Bracelet. The bracelet has a nice look and weight to it however, the clasp bar is way too small, and the bracelet constantly falls off. I am going to lose this bracelet. I have several items from BaubleBar and I love them. Super disappointed in this bracelet. Don't order it if you want to keep it

Received empty and open package. Customer service did not care or did nothing. Horrible people. Be aware if you have a problem they do not care with you as a customer. Stay away. Better jewelry store all around with better service and better jewerly

If I could give zero stars, I would. Complete junk and listed as final sale in the small print.
