I recently purchased a Disney Halloween bag charm, I started wearing it attached to my disney loungefly backpack on 9/15, on 9/23 I noticed that one of Mickey's feet had broken off. I emailed the company regarding the issue and they responded in less than an hour. Clara, told me that they could definitely help me and asked that I send a picture, which I did. In a few hours I had an offer of refund or replacement. I chose a refund, because I was concerned about the same issue happening again. I had barely sent the email when I was notified that a refund had been processed. Their customer service is awesome! Incidentally this was my 3rd order from the company and the first problem I have had. I highly recommend this company!

They aren’t what they used to be. I am still waiting for my order from a month ago. Customer Service is a joke, says you’ll receive a reply in 24 hours. I sent an email 1 week ago today and another email 48 hours ago. I just want my money back at this point and I won’t get it because I ordered a necklace with charms and they say that’s a customized order. It is definitely not, just slip the charms off the necklace and try and sell them to some other poor unsuspecting customer. Those owners done made their money and are set for life..no longer care about the reputation of their business.
