I just had an excellent customer service experience. I had placed a custom order and immediately realized an error with one of the selected charms. I immediately emailed Baublebar's customer care with my mistake. Malachi quickly responded and helped to resolve my problem. I can't wait to receive my custom jewelry selections.

Ordered a few times before. This past order, they sent me charms that were missing stones. I recieved a replacement that was also missing stones. Allegedly, I paid only $4 per charm but the math does not add up.

Customer service was great. I returned an order almost a month ago and didn’t hear any word on the status. Once I reached out I was informed it was received and the refund was processed immediately.

The communication for orders are lacking especially when there is a significant delay. It would be great if their team was proactive in reaching out.

I made a mistake during a custom order and after reading information on their website, I thought I would not be able to fix this issue. I still however, emailed to see if it could be fixed, not expecting an answer. Within literally two minutes, I got a reply from customer service and they fixed the issue immediately and refunded me the money so that I could re-order the correct customization. I’ve ordered from this website multiple times and they never fail💕💕

I ordered a pair of earrings and they had a slight defect. I contacted their customer service team and the next day, they shipped me a new pair! I'm so thankful they responded to me so quickly, especially on the weekend!
