I received personalized and individual attention from their customer service team - thank you to Malachi for offering such speedy assistance!

The clasp on the double bracelet broke off already..I had for 1 week ..not very HAPPY

Too small. Wouldn't last long.

Fantastic customer service!!!

Fantastic .... quick response, solved our issue quickly and completely with a professional and caring attitude!

I ordered the gold necklace with charms and it is so fake looking, almost a neon yellow. I am so disappointed as I have always loved their pieces. I contacted them and I am unable to return "special order" items.

Love the products and amazing speedy customer service when I had a small issue with an order! Highly recommend!

I received a phone case that was starting to fade along the edges after a week of using it. I reached out to BaubleBar customer service and without any difficulty, they offered me either a replacement or refund. The process was painless and the customer service representative, Malachi, was extremely accommodating!
