PRODUCTS ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED. Too bad I cannot add photos here of what I orders vs what I received. I am shocked that this company still has clients. Very disappointed! Cannot even get a refund because of their "policy." STAY AWAY FROM BaubleBar.

My order came on time, however, one set of earrings were broken. I immediately contacted customer service and they were awesome! They completely refunded that portion of my purchase and told me no need to even send the broken ones back. Their customer service department was the best. Every company should have a customer service department like Baublebar! I look forward to doing business with them again.

Nyla was so amazingly helpful, a necklace I ordered came damaged and she immediately sent me a new one. Baublebar products are all so cute and everyone I've had contact with from the company has been so kind

I have ordered multiple times from Baublebar! Love the fashion forward styles they have on costume jewelry and at a great price. Their customer service has been wonderful! I once had to return earrings that I thought were too heavy for me and recently received a bracelet with a flaw. I emailed a photo and was quickly given a replacement order.
