Here’s the thing I didn’t even notice the lack of reviews on their website until I wanted to review mine, I just assumed they were new but apparently not The candy cane earrings I immediately saw and wanted BUT for the life of me I don’t understand how any human can wear these, the double loop design is snug so much so that the meat of your ears have no where to go but be insufferably squished. So unless you have super skinny ears don’t bother, what a waste

Ordered a bday gift that never arrived, called customer service and phone is disconnected. Emailed company several times and no response. Reporting them to BBB. Don’t use this company! They suck!!!

I contacted the customer service for an item I ordered and it broke after a week. They were very helpful and gave me a replacement with no issues.

I inquired about a product I heard. The answer I got was very thorough and completely understand. That’s the way customer follow up should be.

Two pieces ruined. Had time get a refund. Gems messed up or fallen out.

Great customer service! I emailed with an a question and Davin answered right away! Answered my question and was very polite! Very please with this company.

The jewelry posted online looks nothing like it doesn’t person. It is very very cheap looking. It is super expensive for what you get. I ordered a custom chain with four charms. The charms slide off and on, but I ordered the wrong type of chain. They would not take it back because it is “customized” Customer service is absolutely terrible! I posted a very respectful comment on their Instagram and they deleted it! Do yourself a favor and avoid Baublebar!❌
