Never received order & the link to file claim won’t let me because of a glitch or something and they won’t respond! Stay away.

Similar to the most recent reviewer, I made an error with a customized necklace and immediately reached out to customer support looking to correct the mistake. I was emailed back the following day noting advising of inability to accommodate my need for a holiday gift, I am now left with a useless item. I am now in the position of having to find and pay for an additional gift. I am disgusted with this jewelry company and will be sure to share my experience with friends and family. Never have I experienced that type of response from a retailer. If i had the opportunity, I would post the email exchange between myself and their customer service rep, Clara.

Bracelets are super tiny! The only reason I ordered was the $10 sale. My bracelets are cute but sized to fit a child. I blame myself because the measurements said just under 7inches but I thought there would be enough stretch. Not at all! I plan to give them to a niece. I would not recommend

Their jewelry is so cute but it is so cheaply made and the worst quality. Tarnishes in a month or so and all the rhinestones fall off. Save your money. This isn’t just one piece, it’s everything I’ve ever bought from them. Lesson finally learned.

So disappointed in the 4 bracelets I received. The beads are plastic and no quality what so ever. I purchased on sale and even that was to much for these cheap made bracelets. Would never buy anything from BaubleBar again!!!

I will never buy another item from Bauble Bar. The gold has come off of three of my bracelets. One was to be a gift but I won’t gift it knowing the color will rub off. Jewels have fallen out of two of my bracelets and one came from the company with no pull/end. I missed the return window so here I am with trash in my jewelry box.

My jewelry was never delivered! I did not get my refund. Told me that a refund was too late. Ok send me my product. “ nothing “ I just don’t understand so I will not order from them anymore!

The quality is so bad I was genuinely shocked. This is plastic-feeling, costume looking fake jewelry. I really feel as if I’ve been scammed. Processing time was 3 weeks just for it to come in pieces and not even put together. I would not recommend buying from here.
