Great Customer Service! There seemed to be a delay in my order and I was worried the earrings wouldn’t make it in time. I placed the order 5 days before I needed them with rush shipping. They arrived in 3 business days but I wasn’t getting updates in tracking my order and it seemed like the order was late. Turns out it arrived on time and FedEx tracking was delayed. No fault of Baublebar. Kara responded to my email quickly and was able to investigate the location of my order (it was in my mail room). The earrings are heavy but SO CUTE!

This company is beyond amazing! Their product is great quality and when my daughter’s bracelet lost a rhinestone, they were QUICK to make it right and send us a new one. Jamie was fast to respond and so easy to work with. She offered a full refund or a replacement and we’re just so thankful that my daughter gets a replacement of the personalized bracelet she loves so much! Thank you Jamie and Baublebar!

I bought the Eve Cuff Bracelet and absolutely love it. I then bought the Custon Click and Go Bracelet with five beads for each of my grandbabies initial and LOVE IT!! I lost one of the beads and emailed asking how to purchase the one bread that was lost. Tiffany in Customer Service emailed me right back to let me know they were sending me a free replacement right away!! I Love the jewelry and the Customer Service. I will be purchasing more jewelry from BaubleBar!!

I recently ordered the bracelet bead kit for my daughter’s 10th birthday gift. Upon receiving the kit I realized it was missing the string compartment, emailed them that evening and next day was contacted by Devin, a customer service department. I love the quick response and action of the customer service. Really happy with their service, and the beads and the other items I ordered were excellent! I also have the bag charm kit and it was a big hit with my daughter and her friends, makes a great birthday party activity, everyone goes home with a charm.

I just received my necklace and i LOVE it. I had reached out to Tiffany in customer service and she replies instantly to my request. I had asked when would my necklace come? She said around 2/25 I would receive notice of shipment. Its 2/25 and I received my necklace. Again I love it and will continue to order from them.
