AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! My Mom ordered some rings from Baublebar in 2020 for my birthday. I really liked them but kinda not my style. Reached out to customer service and they immediately issued me a credit for the full amount of the return. Then the pandemic. And the world shut down. And I was distracted with other things. Sort of forgot about my credit. Recently I was scrolling Facebook and saw the most beautiful Baublebar ad for some of their new Spring 2025 pieces. Two necklaces I HAD to have. Then I remembered I have a credit. But it’s been five years. Will they remember. Will they honor. I sent my email from 2020 to customer at Baublebar and Devin responded within minutes with a new checkout code for me to use. Order is placed.
